Sonya P. Allen

Sonya founded SPA Holding Ventures after experiencing and witnessing so many hard working people around the country, find themselves either unable to afford a single family home or losing their home, due to a lack of proper homeownership guidance. I did not fully understand just how overwhelming and confusing the homeownership process could be until I became a Realtor myself.
With six years of real estate investment experience across the state of Florida and other southern markets, I decided to build SPA Holding Ventures, LLC to help homeowners have a faster, simpler, and more transparent way to sell their property.
Sonya is based in Boynton Beach, FL and is personally involved in every transaction. You'll speak directly with them when you reach out.
Why We Started SPA Holding Ventures, LLC.
We got into real estate investing because we saw a real problem. The traditional home sale process — finding an agent, making repairs, staging, waiting for offers, negotiating, hoping the deal doesn't fall through can take months.
